1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtk77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all aspects of your use of the bdtk77 website, mobile interface, and any related services or applications. Access to, registration with, or use of any part of the bdtk77 platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bdtk77 immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. bdtk77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

bdtk77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a utility bill or bank statement confirming your current address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bdtk77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdtk77 does not charge fees on deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are beyond bdtk77's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within an average of 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business days for card and bank transfer methods. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is approved by the bdtk77 payments team following identity verification. bdtk77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering amounts on bdtk77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Taka amounts. bdtk77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility of your payment provider.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set per payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the bdtk77 cashier page at the time of transaction. bdtk77 may impose additional limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdt k77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• In the event of a dispute regarding the application or calculation of a bonus, the decision of bdtk77's promotions team shall be final.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on bdtk77 — including casino table games, live dealer games, slots, crash games, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games — are governed both by these Terms and by the individual game rules provided by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

6.1 Casino Games

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtk77 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances, with potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, circumvent, exploit, or interfere with the platform's software, RNG systems, security mechanisms, or payment processing infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players in casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtk77 platform — including but not limited to the bdtk77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphic elements, game interfaces supplied by bdtk77 directly, text, data compilations, and software — is the property of bdtk77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bdtk77 platform without the prior written consent of bdtk77. The names, logos, and product marks of third-party game providers featured on bdtk77 (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Habanero) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

bdtk77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdtk77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtk77 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or entirely secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system outages, and factors outside bdtk77's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bdtk77 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime with reasonable advance notice.

12. Suspension & Termination

bdtk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected.
• A player has provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• A responsible gaming concern has been identified that warrants account restriction in the interest of player welfare.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires bdtk77 to restrict or close the account.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC checks. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, bdtk77 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bdtk77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bdtk77 will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the bdtk77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
